Starting at 7am every Wednesday, rise and shine mastering your best downward dog whilst watching the sunrise across the city. Bring your workout to the water by paddle boarding with Supkiko through the beautiful canals of East London. Plogging began in Sweden 2016 and was amplified by swimrun champion Maja Tesch, who’s passion for running led her to gathering litter as she went. VIVOBAREFOOT Plogging Club offers fitness with a difference, not only will you be doing something good for your body but for the environment too. Runners are encouraged to pick up litter whilst jogging as a team through the streets of London. Involving a lot of squats and push ups for items of litter, plogging is estimated to burn just under 300 calories per 30 minutes!
