Head down to Lululemon Marylebone for a hands-on fermentation workshop where you’ll explore the gut health benefits of eating fermented foods + make your own Kraut- the first of ‘Your 5 K’s’!
Together you’ll unpack the principles of fermentation (working with salt, time + temperature) AND talk through the different methods of fermentation, giving you the knowledge + confidence to start experimenting at home.
You’ll each leave with your own jar of Kraut + have the opportunity to taste + buy High Mood Food’s latest krauts, kimchis + kefir. Think curried coleslaw kraut, dill pickles + green vegan kimchi!
