Still not convinced it’s a thing? A Guardian article, titled “Millennials Make it a Slow Booze Summer in the U.K.,” revealed that 47 percent of British millennials view getting drunk to be “uncool”, while more than a quarter of 16-24 year olds are opting not to drink at all.
We hear that— Saturday morning F45 sessions are NOT the one on a hangover.
These findings aren’t too much of a shocker for us, as we’ve seen first hand, and been part of the movement itself, of a new generation passionate about self-improvement and building a community around that.
