aWe’re so excited to be sharing this Mint Choc Chip NanaBowl recipe with you guys! Think thick, cold, creamy and fresh all in one -what a dream!
This NanaBowl has absolutely no dairy, gluten or added sugars (not even dates, dried fruit or honey). It’s packed with plant-based protein to give you a nutritionally complete meal all in one bowl, so it’s safe for all you fitsters, yogis and health gurus!
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen spinach
Handful of fresh mint or 4 drops of natural mint essence
6 frozen coconut milk cubes
20g plant-based protein powder
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
½ cup cold water
- Add all ingredients into a top loading blender or food processor, except for the cacao nibs. Blend using your blender plunger until a thick and creamy consistency forms. Then add in your cacao nibs and stir by hand.
- Pour into a bowl and top with all the trimmings. We love using fresh banana slices, almond chunks, a sprinkle of bee pollen and extra cacao nibs!
- Go grab a spoon and enjoy!
