Our special adaptogenic moon milk recipe is perfect for balancing hormones and quietening the mind before bed, but can be enjoyed at any time of day. The balancing blend includes Maitake, Ashwaganda and He Shou Wu to nourish your nervous system and adrenals, lower stress and rejuvenate thinning hair.
- 1 cup almond / oat milk
- 1 tsp Full Circle adaptogens
- 1 1/2 tsp tbsp coconut butter
- Pinch of vanilla powder
- 2 tsp beet juice
Combine all ingredients (except for beet juice) together using a milk frother in a small saucepan over medium-heat until frothy. Bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into your favourite mug and stir in beet juice.
