This evening will include a one hour candlelit Pilates class lead by ALT/ expert Zoe-Maia from MAIA well co., focused towards increasing mobility, flexibility and strength, whilst promoting calmness and reducing stress. This will then be followed by a group candlelit meditation and tea ceremony, lead by Jasmine from Nurse the Soul.
Pilates is fundamentally about integration: integrating movement into a flowing whole body experience, integrating the mind and body to create clarity and purpose, and integrating the mind, body and spirit to create a life of balance. Pilates exercises are designed to improve postural alignment and strengthen our muscles. With a strong focus on mastering effective breathing patterns to facilitate movement, Pilates focuses on both the mind as well as strengthening the body. The key benefits of Pilates include strong and stable joints, improved postural alignment, balance and reduced lower back pain, as well as helping to relieve stress and tension.
The class will be small and interactive (up to 4 people) and will be held in our boutique Nurse The Soul studio in Notting Hill.
You will receive a Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray and Magnesium Flakes from Better You at the end of the session to end the evening with the perfect night’s sleep!
