Feeling congested on the tube? Why not jump off at Old Street station and sit in the Gut Stuff HQ for a chat and a read on all things gut health. We ALL have digestive issues at one point or another, so why are we not talking about it?!
The Gut Stuff (and friends) are taking over Old Street station on the 24th September for a week of empowering EVERYONE to “Give a Sh*t” about their gut health. There will be hundreds of free “gut-friendly” breakfasts for the morning commuters and a shot of good bacteria so you can shake off that bad commuter mood.
Mind The “Gut” and get involved in incredible installations throughout the station to empower Gut Health in everyone! Visit the “Gut Stuff” library and pop in to hear talks from the world’s leading gut experts such as Tim Spector, and attend events from everything from the gut/brain axis to looking after your skin from the inside out.
Get kombucha raving and learn all about the perfect matching for a kombucha cocktail. If dancing’s not your thing, taste your way through fermented products at workshops, getting creative at making your own sauerkraut from scratch!
Don’t forget to say hello to sponsors Symprove, Wild Fizz Kombucha, The Collective, Atlas Biomed, Bioglan and Pukka Herbs who will be hosting events themselves and giving out free samples – because who doesn’t love a freebie?
